The iGrow Initiative is a Kingdom Culture commitment that encourages every member of Church on the Rock to intentionally pursue spiritual growth. Our vision is that 100% of committed COTR members actively participate in the discipleship opportunities available within our church, becoming more like Christ in every area of life.

Understanding your Belief
Full Life is a 4-week course that provides instruction on building a strong foundation of faith, which is essential for sustained spiritual growth. The program covers the fundamental principles and basics of living a Christian life.
Deeper Life
A deep study of the scriptures
Deeper Life is a 16-week discipleship program that focuses on developing an in-depth understanding of the scriptures. This program enables individuals to enhance their discipleship skills in practical and relevant ways.
