Pastor LaNell Miller has been a pastor for their entire adult lives. She has a heart to see people not only loving God with all their heart, but fulfilling the great commission and using their gifts to advance the Kingdom of God. Pastor LaNell is a graduate of San José State University. She and her husband, John, have been pastors at COTR since 1990. They have three children, John Henry, Bethany & Rebekah.

Lynne Themelaras is an Associate Pastor at Covenant Church of Pittsburgh and Oasis City Church in Westerville, OH. She has served as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at several colleges. Lynne leads inner healing ministries, offering counseling, mentoring, and training to congregants. In addition to her pastoral and teaching roles, she is a speaker at conferences, workshops, and seminars. Lynne has contributed as a guest writer for the Green Room, a national women's organization, and has been featured on various podcasts and television specials.

She holds a master’s degree in psychology with a focus on development from the University of Pittsburgh and is a certified health coach from Villanova Nursing School. Lynne is trained in several inner healing prayer models, including SOZO and Issue Focused Ministry, and is ordained in ministry through Oasis City Church and Covenant Church of Pittsburgh.

Lynne's ministry has taken her to countries such as Guatemala, Honduras, Venezuela, Jamaica, Cote d'Ivoire, South Africa, Scotland, and Namibia. Her mission is to empower individuals to discover their God-given identity, self-worth, and life purpose, helping them achieve wholeness in spirit, soul, and body.

Dr. Laurine Voltaire is an ardent advocate of the Christian faith. She has been delivering sermons since the age of nineteen. Her areas of passion encompass evangelism and educating others about cultivating a close relationship with Jesus, fulfilling one’s divine purpose, and embracing one's identity in Christ. Dr. Voltaire has earned a doctorate in education, community care and counseling, and marriage and family therapy from Liberty University, as well as a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. She is the founder and leader of a global women’s ministry known as Women of the Word, which she has been directing for the past six years. Within this ministry, she is dedicated to disciplining women of all nations, teaching them how to lead their own Bible studies, helping them discover their voices, encouraging them to pursue their God-given purposes, identify their gifts, and fulfill the calling and mandate of Jesus in their lives. Within this ministry, she is able to teach God’s daughters how to take what they have received from the Lord and to make an impact on creating disciples in their sphere of influence. Currently, Dr. Laurine serves as a school psychologist within the public education system, where she empowers neurodivergent students to excel in their unique abilities. She is also the author of the devotional “So Be Encouraged: Breakfast with Jesus", available at various retailers. She is an educator, serves as a mentor to many, extends love to all, and above all, is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
